Inside the Prague Experience: Highlights from our 2-Day Workshop with Customers

On October 3 and 4, 2024 we hosted an exciting two-day workshop in the beautiful city of Prague, bringing together customers from various countries across EMEA South and from a wide range of industries. This unique event gave participants the rare opportunity to meet face-to-face with SAP Concur's solution experts, consultants, and service teams who are typically based in Prague, and whom they might not usually have the chance to interact with in person. At the same time, it offered a great pace for networking, knowledge exchange and sharing best practice among each other’s, when it comes to managing SAP Concur’s T&E activities.

Focus on Expertise & Care Services

The core focus of the workshop was to dive deep into the value of our Expertise & Care (E&C) services. We demonstrated how E&C services empower administrators and make their work more efficient, while also offering significant benefits, such as cost and time savings, a preview of solution updates and roadmaps, and clear visibility on key KPIs. Our goal was to show how E&C services not only streamline processes but also provide ongoing support to ensure customers can maximize the value of their SAP Concur solutions.

One highlight of the event was a live testimonial from Stellantis, one of our Select Care customers, who shared their experience with the service, followed by an open Q&A session where attendees could address any questions.

Addressing Key Challenges

During the workshop, we also tackled some of the biggest challenges our customers face, such as the migration to the new Concur Travel, TMC (Travel Management Company)

adoption of the new Concur Travel or managing multiple ASCs globally. We provided actionable insights into how E&C can support with big change management like nCT. Similarly, for companies dealing with multiple ASCs worldwide, we discussed how Expertise & Care services offer ongoing, proactive support to simplify global operations and ensure seamless coordination across regions.

1:1 Sessions with Experts

A key highlight of the workshop was the opportunity for attendees to participate in 1:1 sessions with our solution experts. These personalized interactions allowed customers to ask specific questions, address challenges, and resolve uncertainties related to their unique business needs. The sessions were a valuable opportunity for in-depth, tailored advice and support.

Product Updates and AI Innovations

During the event, we showcased the latest updates and innovations in our product suite, with a special focus on AI-powered advancements. Participants were walked through the product roadmap, gaining insights into upcoming features and how these developments will further enhance the experience of SAP Concur users.

Deep Dive into Concur Travel

Another area we explored in detail was Concur Travel. We discussed the current challenges in this area and the steps we’re taking to address them. At the same time, we’ve demonstrated to our Customers what we do in order to help them to be ready to utilize all of the new featured of New Concur Travel. By diving deep into the latest features and updates, we helped customers gain a clearer understanding of the future of travel management and the tools available to streamline this process.

"Ask the Expert" Sessions

Based on customer feedback collected ahead of the workshop, we hosted specific “Ask the Expert” sessions covering topics like reporting, mobile features, and product support. These interactive sessions allowed participants to engage directly with product experts and gain deeper insights into how to maximize the value of their SAP Concur solutions.

Networking and Fun

Of course, it wasn’t all about work. We made sure to provide ample opportunities for networking and fun, starting with a delightful Czech dinner and an impromptu tour of the beautiful city of Prague, led by our colleague Javi. Participants also got a behind-the-scenes tour of our modern and playful Prague office, giving them a glimpse into where the magic happens.networking

Overall, the workshop was an enriching experience filled with valuable knowledge-sharing, hands-on sessions, and the opportunity to build stronger relationships with both our product experts and fellow customers. It was clear that E&C services are instrumental in addressing

both operational challenges and helping customers unlock the full potential of their SAP Concur solutions.
